TURKSOTX Republic Day Ball important details

  • Please follow the starting times of the program on our website and make an extra effort to be in the ballroom on time. Since it’s Friday, the roads can be crowded, and the event must start on time.

  • Black Tie Event (no shorts, t-shirts or/and jeans)

  • Guests aged 9 years old and over can attend the ball with a ticket.

  • There will be no ticket sales at the door.

  • Early bird discount ticket sales will end on October 1st.

  • It will be possible to reserve a table for groups of 10 people if advance notice is provided.

  • BALL sponsors would be given priority seating.

  • A babysitter will be available in a room very close to the ballroom. It is important that families who need to bring their children to the event to arrive a little bit earlier.

  • If you have registered your child in the babysitter room, please let us know if he/she is allergic to anything.

  • You can make your BALL ticket payments by, ZELLE (preferred payment: [email protected]), PAYPAL (PayPal charge fee of 2% will occur), Check or Credit card. – SOLD OUT

  • Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final, and no refund will be issued after September 15, 2023 (due to the requirement of our gala booking).
