TURKSOTX Republic Day Ball important details

• Please follow the starting times of the program on our website and make an extra effort to be in the ballroom on time.

• Black Tie Event (no shorts, t-shirts or/and jeans)

• Guests aged 9 years old and over can attend the ball with a ticket.

• There will be no ticket sales at the door.

• Early bird discount ticket sales will end on October 1st.

• It will be possible to reserve a table for groups of 10 people if advance notice is provided.

• BALL sponsors would be given priority seating.

• A babysitter will be available in a room very close to the ballroom. It is important that families who need to bring their children to the event to arrive a little bit earlier.

• If you have registered your child in the babysitter room, please let us know if he/she is allergic to anything.

• You can make your Gala ticket payments by, Zelle (preferred payment: [email protected]), PayPal (fees will occur), Check or Credit Card.
